NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special workshop meeting of the City Council will be held on Monday, March 31, 2014, at the Pasadena City Hall, Council Chamber, 100 North Garfield Avenue, Room S249, Pasadena, CA 91101.  The special workshop meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. to discuss the following: 

1.         ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 

2.         WORKSHOP SESSION REGARDING ELECTRIC RATES: COST OF SERVICE ANALYSIS AND RATE PROPOSALS
