NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting of the City Council will be held on Monday, May 12, 2025, at 5:15 p.m., to discuss the following item:
 

1.     CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE  

2.     DIRECT THE CITY MANAGER’S OFFICE TO EXECUTE FEDERAL GRANT AGREEMENTS (Office of the City Manager)
        Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:
       
(1)           Find that the proposed action contained in the agenda report is exempt from review pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") in accordance
        with State CEQA Guidelines § 15061(b)(3), the "Common Sense" exemption that CEQA only applies to projects that may have a significant effect on the environment; and
       
(2)           Direct the City Manager’s Office to execute federal grant agreements.

        ZONING CODE (CHAPTER 17.20, SECTION 17.20.020) TO ESTABLISH THE BOUNDARIES OF THE LAMANDA PARK SPECIFIC PLAN, AND MAKING TECHNICAL
        CHANGES TO THE LINCOLN AVENUE, EAST COLORADO, SOUTH FAIR OAKS, AND CENTRAL DISTRICT SPECIFIC PLANS FOR INTERNAL CONSISTENCY”
