TO CONDUCT A NOISE STUDY IN THE BROADWAY AND GLENARM POWER PLANTS Recommendation of City Manager: Authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract with Parsons Transportation Group, Inc. to conduct a noise study in the Broadway and Glenarm Power Plants for an amount not to exceed $200,000.
