Recommendation of City Manager: Adopt a
resolution approving a License
Agreement with SNK Peabody Pasadena LLC,
located at 325 Cordova
Street, with the terms and conditions as
set forth in the background section of
the agenda report, and authorize the City
Manager to execute and the City
Clerk to attest said License Agreement on
behalf of the City of Pasadena.

Recommendation of
City Manager: Approve the Indemnification
Agreement regarding
the City's Deferred Compensation Plan between
the City and the
City Manager and between the City and the City
Treasurer.
These changes have been reviewed and discussed with the
Deferred
Compensation Oversight Committee and have received its
concurrence.

Recommendation of
City Manager: Approve the City of Pasadena's
application and
adopt a resolution to the County of Los Angeles
Regional Parks and
Open Space District Grant Program for excess
funding from the
Park Bond Act of 1996 (Proposition A) for $175,000 for
the Hamilton Park
Sports Field Project.
Recommendation of
Recreation and Parks Commission: The
Recreation and
Parks Commission reviewed and unanimously endorsed
the above
recommendations at their special meeting held on March 27,
2002.
