NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special workshop meeting of the City Council will be held on Monday, October 31, 2011, at the Pasadena Conference Center, 300 East Green Street, Conference Room 211, Pasadena, CA 91101.   The special workshop meeting will begin at 8:00 a.m. to discuss the following: 

1.         ROLL CALL 

2.         PUBLIC COMMENT - LIMITED TO ITEM NO. 3 ON THIS SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE 

3.         CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP ON STRATEGIC PLANNING – CONSIDERATION OF PRINCIPLES AND GUIDELINES RELATED TO CITYWIDE PRIORITIES
