scheduled for Friday, September 15, 2000, at 7:30 a.m., in the Council 
Conference Room, Room 240, City Hall, 100 N. Garfield Avenue, Pasadena,
is canceled.

     I HEREBY CERTIFY that this notice, in its entirety, was posted on the Council
Chamber Bulletin Board, Room 247, and the Bulletin Board in the rotunda area, City Hall,

delivered to each member of the City Council and to each local newspaper of general
circulation, radio or television station requesting notice in writing, all of which recipients
are identified on the distribution list set forth herein below.
