NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting of the City Council will be held on Monday, May 12, 2025, at 4:30 p.m., to discuss the following closed session items:

  2.     CONSIDERATION OF INITIATION OF LITIGATION pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d) (4)(one potential case)
