NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting of the City Council will be held by video conference/teleconference on Thursday, May 7, 2020, at 5:00 p.m. This virtual meeting is held in accordance with Executive Order N-29-20 issued by Governor Gavin Newsom, to discuss the following:

PURSUANT TO EXECUTIVE ORDER N-29-20 ISSUED BY GOVERNOR GAVIN NEWSOM ON MARCH 17, 2020, THE SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING FOR MAY 7, 2020 AT 5:00 P.M. WILL TAKE PLACE SOLELY BY VIDEOCONFERENCE/TELECONFERENCE.
In order to
facilitate public participation at meetings held solely by electronic means,
the City will accept public comment in the following manner:
1. Members of the public may submit comments of any length up to two hours prior to the start of the meeting, at the following email address:

Please be aware that, while these comments will be provided to the members of the body and will become part of the meeting record, they will not be read aloud. Any comment submitted in this fashion will be forwarded to the legislative body prior to the start of the meeting.
2. During the meeting, members
of the public may submit up to 200 words regarding items on the agenda, at

If you wish your comments to
be read aloud during the meeting, please indicate
so on the form. If you submit more than one form, only the first one
received will be read aloud. The City reserves
