In order to facilitate public participation at meetings held solely by electronic means, the City will accept public comment in the following manner:
1. Members of the public may submit comments
of any length up to two hours prior to the start of the meeting, at the

Please be aware that, while these comments will be provided to the members of the body and will become part of the meeting record, they will not be read aloud. Any comment submitted in this fashion will be forwarded to the legislative body prior to the start of the meeting.
2. During the meeting, members of the public

If you wish your comments to be read aloud during the meeting, please indicate so on the form. If you submit more than one form, only the first one received will be read aloud. The City reserves the right to summarize comments if necessary for the orderly and timely flow of the meeting. RECOMMENDATION: It is
recommended that the City Council:
(1) Find that the proposed action is not a project subject to California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as defined in Section 21065 and Section
15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines and, as such, no environmental document
pursuant to CEQA is required for the project; and
(2) Adopt a resolution accepting the “Certificate of
the Canvass of the Election Returns” (Exhibit A to the resolution) as
prepared and certified by the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County
Clerk for the Pasadena General Municipal Election, consolidated with the
Presidential General Election held on November 3, 2020, resulting in the
election of Victor M. Gordo as Mayor of Pasadena, and the passage of Measure
P amending the Pasadena City Charter.
