NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special joint meeting of the Finance/Audit Committees and City Council will be held Monday, May 16, 2011 at 3 p.m. in Council Chambers Room S249 at City of Pasadena City Hall, 100 N. Garfield Ave., Pasadena, California.

2.      Authorize the Purchase of One (1) Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) 25-Foot Bus for the Pasadena Area Rapid Transit System (ARTS) in an Amount Not to Exceed $119,859
