NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Special Organizational Meeting of the City
Council will be held on May 4, 2009, at 6:30 p.m., in the City Council Chamber, Room
S249, City Hall, 100 North Garfield Avenue, Pasadena, to consider the following:

            Recommendation of City Clerk:

(1)    Accept the Certificate of Canvass.

(2)    Adopt a resolution declaring that Terry Tornek is elected to the office of
member of the City Council, District 7.
