            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the special meeting of the City Council and Los 
Angeles County Supervisor Michael Antonovich is called for Wednesday, July 16, 2003, at 
7:30 a.m. in the Council Conference Room, Room 240, City Hall, 100 North Garfield Avenue, 
Pasadena, to consider the following items:
