     NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the regular meeting of the City Council and the
Community Development Commission, scheduled for Monday, August 25, 2003 at
6:30 p.m., in the City Council Chamber, Room 247, City Hall, Pasadena, is cancelled.

     I HEREBY CERTIFY that this notice, in its entirety, was posted on the Council 
Chamber Bulletin Board, Room 247, and the Bulletin Board in the rotunda area, City Hall,

delivered to each member of the City Council and to each local newspaper of general 
circulation, radio or television station requesting notice in writing, all of which recipients 
are identified on the distribution list set forth herein below.
