                             NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

      OF THE 457 DEFERRED COMPENSATION TRUSTEE MEETING

                                     SEPTEMBER 17, 2001

 

     NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting of The 457 Deferred 
Compensation Trustees will be held on September 17, 2001, at 6:30 p.m.,
in the City Council Chamber, Room 247, City Hall, 100 N. Garfield Avenue, 
Pasadena, to discuss the following items:

 

(1)      CALL TO ORDER

 

(2)      APPROVAL OF MINUTES - JUNE 25, 2001

 

(3)      APPROVAL OF DEFERRED COMPENSATION INVESTMENT POLICY

          Recommendation of the Deferred Compensation Oversight Committee:

          On September 4, 2001, the Deferred Compensation Oversight Committee 
          approved the proposed Investment Policy and Procedures Statement and 
          recommends approval to the Plan Trustees.
