Every five years, the Department of Water Resources requires water utilities to develop a 25 year plan to deal with several water issues including a demand and supply comparison, demand and conservation planning, water supply reliability, and more.

Below is a draft of the 2005 Urban Water Management Plan. Hard copies of the plan are also available at the Central Library.
