PWP is providing up to a $265 rebate to its residential water customers who purchase and install two button dual flush (0.8/ 1.6 gallon) High Efficiency Toilets (HETs). 

To qualify, HETs must replace a conventional toilet that uses more than 1.6 gallons per flush.  A rebate of $60 is available for customers that are replacing a low flow 1.6 gallon toilet. Dual-flush toilets have two buttons -- one to flush liquids and the other for solids. The liquid-button option uses half the water used in today's standard low-flush toilet.

Using these new types of efficient toilets can save an average of 2,250 gallons a year. In addition to Dual-flush toilets, there are pressure assisted toilets that also qualify for this rebate. Click here for a list of qualifying HET's.

You must be a residential PWP water customer and have proof of purchase for the HET.  All rebates are subject to verification of installation.  Program rules are subject to change without notification.  Funding for rebates is limited and availability of funds. 

Rebate applications for purchases must be received within 45 days of purchase to be eligible for the rebate. Program rules are subject to change without notification. Rebate  funding is limited and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Rebates can not exceed the cost of the fixture.

Getting your rebate is as easy as  1, 2, 3:

	Purchase a qualifying High Efficiency Toilet (HET).  On line purchases require proof of delivery in addition to a receipt for purchase.
	Print out the rebate application template and then complete the form. (Note: If you are unable to print the form, please call the PWP AnswerLine at (626) 744-6970 to receive an application by mail.)
	Mail the printed application and your store receipt to:
