The primary responsibilities of the Finance, Administration and Customer Service Business Unit are to manage the financial resources of Pasadena Water and Power (PWP), and to gather, organize, and process data to supply relevant information to the operating units for use in decision-making. This Business Unit plans and oversees the finance, administrative support, cross-functional operations, systems, and customer service for PWP. The overall goal is to provide financial, technical support and customer support to the operational Business Units.
