PWP offers a variety of programs and rebates for multi-family complexes.  We also offer commercial and multi-family programs and rebates.
 
WATER EFFICIENCY Rebates and Programs

PWP's Turf Replacement Program - Get $1 per square foot of water-thirsty turf that you replace with sustainable plants and water-permeable groundcover

MWD's Save-A-Buck Program* - PWP offers a number of rebates on water-efficient devices in partnership with the Metropolitan Water District's "Save-A-Buck Program."

FINANCIAL Assistance Programs

 

Project APPLE (Assisting Pasadena People with Limited Emergencies): Provides a one-time grant of up to $100 per year to help eligible low-income residential customers keep their power on. Your homeowners association or complex can make a tax-deductible donation by calling 744-4420 or by checking the Project APPLE box on your bill.
