PWP’s Legislative and Regulatory Affairs Program (LRAP) is established to advance consumer-oriented, environmentally and socially responsible legislation and policies on behalf of Pasadena Water and Power and its customers. By building close working relationships with its professional affiliations, the Office of the Governor, state and federal legislators and regulatory agencies, the LRAP aims to increase its influence on the legislative and regulatory arenas of government and promote its platform of affordable, reliable, and clean resources for energy and water.
