- Yes, you can include Styrofoam and plastic
bags
- Please rinse out jars, cans, bottles, etc.
that have food products

- No hazardous materials such as batteries,
antifreeze, paint, etc.

Motor oil pick-up by
appointment only. Call 626-744-7168 24 hours in advance of your regular
trash pick-up to schedule an appointment. You may put out up to 2
gallons of used motor oil per week. A reusable container for future use
will be left curbside after your first pick-up.
Yard Waste – The Black Lid
- Yes, you can put in leaves, grass clippings,
weeds, small branches and twigs
- No palm fronds, no cactus, no bamboo, no logs
(because it jams the grinding machine)
- No kitchen scraps such as fruit, vegetables
or things that you compost
- No ash
- No plastic, including plastic trash bags
- No animal waste

insecticides, pesticides, televisions or computer monitors, construction
materials, concrete, asphalt or fluorescent light bulbs.
