Tobacco Control Laws - Online Violations Report Form

To report a violation of the City of Pasadena tobacco control laws, please complete this online form or call (626) 744-6014.  All reports are investigated within one business day.

Examples of violations include: smoking within 20 feet of a main entrance or exit; smoking at a restaurant's outdoor dining area; smoking in an outdoor service waiting line (ATM, movie theater line, bus stop); smoking at City owned parks; and tobacco retailers selling tobacco products to minors.

The City of Pasadena Public Health Department Tobacco Control Program will respond to complaints about violations of the state and local tobacco control laws within one business day of receiving a report.  The Pasadena Public Health Department will take whatever action may be needed, including inspections, to determine if there are violations of a Pasadena tobacco control law.
