The mission of the Criminal Investigations Division is to provide a coordinated response to significant policing concerns through the application of highly trained and specialized resources.  The Division is responsible for follow-up investigations from initial police reports, the investigation of illegal narcotics networks operating in Pasadena, reducing alcoholic beverage violations and prostitution and gathering information about criminals and criminal enterprises to proactively intervene in emerging crime problems.
