STOREFRONT IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM


ELIGIBLE AREAS

 

Eligibility is limited to those buildings located within portions of select Redevelopment Project Areas as well as approved Neighborhood Target Areas.  It is important to note that the funding for the Neighborhood Target Areas is available from a finite source.  Once this source is exhausted, funding for the Storefront Improvement Program in the Neighborhood Target Areas will cease.  Therefore, applications will be processed on a first come, first served basis.

The approved Neighborhood Target Areas are:

  • South Lake Avenue (between the 210 Freeway on the north and California Blvd on the south

  • Washington Boulevard (between Mentor Ave on the west and Allen Ave on the east)

  • East Colorado Boulevard (between Lake Avenue on the west and the Pasadena city limit on the east)

  • Lincoln Avenue (between the northern Pasadena city limit and Forest Ave on the south, excluding Lincoln Avenue Project Areas)
