Avenue Redevelopment Project Area Committee (PAC)
was established in 1985. The PAC advises the City
Council on all matters relating to the
implementation of the Fair Oaks Avenue Redevelopment
Plan.

General Membership is limited
to 17 members and consists of members in the following
categories:
1. Residential owner/occupant (4-members)
2. Residential tenant (4-members)
3. Business Representative (4-members)
4. Organizational Representative (4-members)
5. At-large Organizational Representative
(1-member)
The term of office is for 1 year, with annual
elections. Any member of the Committee may be removed by the board
of directors at its pleasure.
