An Draft
Environmental Impact Report has been prepared which analyzes the
impacts of the Draft Land Use and Mobility Elements of the
General Plan, the Draft Central District Specific Plan, and the
revised Draft Zoning Code. These projects have been prepared
concurrently because there is significant overlap in the content
of the documents and the issues that are addressed. |
