  Where do I Pick Up My Prints?  

Self Service Stations where you can release your prints are available at each of the following locations:

  • Internet Commons
  • Copy Center
  • Technology Learning Center
  • Children's Room
  • Humanities Wing
  • Reference Wing
To release a print at the Self Service Station:

  1. Click on Release a Print Job on the Main Menu.
  2. Enter your Pasadena/Glendale library card number (no spaces) or temporary I.D. and click OK.
  3. The system will default to a listing of unprinted jobs from the past 24 hours.
  4. Highlight the new print job(s) you wish to output and click Print.
  5. Click on Pay from Vending Device.
  6. Insert cash, coin, or your Cash-card into the vending device and click OK.
 
  How Do I Pay For My Prints?  

  • Printing costs 10¢ per page.
  • The Internet Commons and Copy Center allow prints to be paid for by Cash-card, coin or cash. All other locations within the Central Library require a Cash-card.
  • To purchase a Cash-card:
    • Cash-cards dispensers are available in the Copy Center.
    • A $1 bill will purchase a card with 50¢ credit on it.
    • Cash-cards are re-usable.
    • Add more value to cards with $1, $5, $10 and $20 bills.
    • Re-INSERT a Cash-card first before adding money to it.
 
Note: Unclaimed print jobs remain in the Print Release Stations for 24 hours from the time the print command is issued.
