After assessment, you and the FPIC Case Management staff
will review your results and develop an Individual Service Strategy (ISS) plan to help you
meet your training and employment goals. The FPIC contracts with over forty (40) different
training programs that have been screened and selected based on local labor market
information. The FPIC Case Management Staff will be in contact with you through your
training program to track your progress and to continue to assist you to reach your goals.
Please feel free to contact the Case Management Staff anytime during your training
program. An appointment is necessary if you would like to speak with the Case Management
Staff personally. NOTE - JTPA is not an entitlement program. Even if you
a

determine eligible for the program, your participation is dependent upon your needs,
program suitability, current programs available and funding.
The Career Center provides assistance to over two thousand
(2000) adults and youth each year. In an effort to provide as many programs and services
as possible, the FPIC has develop a number of linkages with other organizations to assist
customers in locating assistance.
