NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a closed session special meeting of the City Council will be held by video conference/teleconference on Monday, October 12, 2020, at 2:00 p.m.  This virtual meeting is held in accordance with Executive Order N-29-20 issued by Governor Gavin Newsom, to discuss the following:
