NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a closed session special meeting of the City Council will be held by video conference/teleconference on Tuesday, December 22, 2020, at 3:30 p.m. This virtual meeting is held in accordance with Executive Order N-29-20 issued by Governor Gavin Newsom, to discuss the following:
