NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Special Organizational Meeting of the City Council will be held on May 2, 2011, at 6:30 p.m., in the City Council Chamber, Room S249, City Hall, 100 North Garfield Avenue, Pasadena, to consider the following:
