     NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting of the City Council and 
Los Angeles County Supervisor Michael Antonovich is called for Wednesday, 
July 10, 2002, at 7:30 a.m. in the Council Chamber, Room 247, City Hall, 
100 North Garfield Avenue, Pasadena, to consider the following items:
