NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the Pasadena Public Financing
Authority of the
City of Pasadena is called for Monday, October 22, 2001, at 6:30 p.m., Room 247,
City Council Chamber, City
Hall, 100 N. Garfield Avenue, Pasadena, to conduct the following business:
A. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF NOT TO
EXCEED
$23,000,000 CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION (CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
REFUNDING
PROJECT), SERIES 2001, A SITE LEASE, A LEASE AGREEMENT, A
TRUST
AGREEMENT, AN ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT, A PURCHASE CONTRACT
AND APPROVING
OTHER RELATED DOCUMENTS AND ACTIONS IN CONNECTION
THEREWITH
Recommendation
of Executive Director: Adopt a resolution authorizing the
execution
and delivery of not to exceed $23,000,000 Certificates of
Participation (COP) (Capital
Improvement Refunding Project), Series
2001, a site lease, a lease agreement, a trust
agreement, an assignment
agreement, a purchase contract and approving other related
documents and
actions in connection therewith.

delivered to each member of the City Council/Pasadena Public Financing Authority
and faxed to each local newspaper of general circulation, radio or television
station
requesting notice in writing, all of which media recipients are
identified on the distribution list set forth herein below.
