How to download the RFP

Step 1

Go to the City's contracting opportunities list at http://www.planetbids.com/pasadena/bidsearchform.cfm?StateID=52
 

Step 2

Register as a vendor by clicking on the green "add yourself to vendor listing" button located on the left-hand side of the page.  Follow the steps to register.

Step 3

Go to the Vendor Login page at http://www.planetbids.com/Pasadena/StoreLogin/VendorLogin.cfm.  Login in with your username and password acquired in Step 2.  Note: Do not skip this step or you will be forced to sign in later and repeat several steps!

Step 4

Go to the main search page by clicking on the green "current bid opportunities" button located on the left-hand side of the page.

Enter the word website into the "Quick Search" box and click the "Go" button.

The search should bring you to a page that lists the WEBSITE REDESIGN & IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT FOR THE CITY OF PASADENA.

Click on the project name link.

Step 6

You should now be on the project detail page for the Website Redesign & Implementation Project for the City of Pasadena.  To download the RFP, click on the  "Request Bid Documents" link located at the bottom of the page.

You should now be on the main download page for the RFP.  Enter a contact name and click "Download Now."

Note: If you have not already signed in, you will be asked to sign in and then be redirected back to the main search page in Step 4.  You must then repeat steps 4 - 6 to get back to the main download page for the RFP.

Click on the "Download >> WEBSITE REDESIGN & IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT FOR THE CITY OF PASADENA"  link.  The RFP is in MS Word format.

To download the Addendum, click on the filename link: "ACF84C2.rtf".  This is package that contains four MS Word files and should open in MS Word.
